解讀美白針的危害

“坦白地說,美白針這類產品在公立醫院確實用得很少。如果光看美白針含有的維他命C、穀胱甘肽等成分,在理論上應該有一定的抑制黑色素的作用。”廣州市某醫院整形美容科王原路主任表示,由於美白針裏的成分具有抗氧化效果,按理能使皮膚變白,減少黑斑、色素沉著,但從美白針的注射方法來看,它是采用靜脈注射,因此,王原路認為存在一定的風險性。“靜脈注射屬於醫療行為,如果隨隨便便在一個非正規的機構打,很可能因用具不潔、消毒不好而發生感染。”而且,美白針畢竟是藥,藥物的副作用及過敏反應恐怕商家不會提及,但消費者還是應該提高警惕,特別是長期使用可能會損傷身體,對黑色素的一味抑制也違反人體的自然規律。

專家還表示,所謂的“打一針白全身”、“10天一療程管半年”的說法也不見得實在。“或許美白針對皮膚黑、黃、粗糙和某些斑點有些作用,但對多數由內分泌失調導致的色素斑,譬如黃褐斑,是沒有效果的。”面對吹得天花亂墜的廣告,消費者應理智對待,不要頭腦發熱,完了再來後悔。

身體健康,美白才長久

除了美白針,其他的美白方法還有很多,譬如服用營養品,外用美白護膚品(以面膜為主),做一些防曬措施,采用激光和光子嫩膚等。以光子嫩膚為例,它是通過把激光變成熱能,擊碎並使皮膚上的黑斑、色沉脫落,能夠改善皮膚的質地和膚色,從而達到美白肌膚的作用,在正規醫院的整形美容門診是常用的一種美容手段,效果比較顯著。

美白一定要建立在身體健康的基礎上,否則用什么美白方法都不是長久的。“就算不抹護膚品,不打激光,只是多吃新鮮的蔬菜水果,每天保證充足睡眠和適當的運動,身體健康,皮膚也會變得更加亮白、有光澤。”為什么?皮膚漂不漂亮和身體內在健康直接相關,肝炎患者臉色蠟黃,再怎么敷面膜也不可能讓臉白起來。因此,建議大家以生活方式調理為主,從作息、飲食、睡眠、運動、心情幾方面入手,再配合一定的治療手段,美白才能更為長久。

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
